Diffusion in anger management terms is a process of decreasing the intensity of anger you feel by diverting angry emotions towards something more useful. Anger can stem from unfavorable conclusions that you may tend to draw about other people. Anger can be a product of a wild imagination and an insecure mind. Basically, you can clear up your anger issues by simply going to the person who made you angry to talk calmly and clear up unfavorable misconceptions. Anger may be a direct product of another emotion. In fact, most a times, anger is a secondary emotion. Some people may feel angry because they are grieving someone close to them. If you are a business owner and you are hiring new staff for your company, you need to make sure that they are not prone to uncontrollable fits of anger. Its better to get staff that are not very competent than to get those who are very competent but prone to uncontrollable fits of anger. The latter can cause untold amount of damage to any company. As an employer, you will want to make sure that there is a smooth and cohesive relationship between your staff and their subordinates. Anger that is not controlled can easily destroy organizational goals and objectives. Most employers these days have their team leaders taken to anger management programs to help them deal with any anger in their department.
